Ulrich Leinhase

Ulrich Leinhase knows more than a little about conflict and survival. Following his tour of duty as a US Marine in Southeast Asia, Ulrich began his pursuit of real estate as a salesperson in one of the nation’s toughest markets: Detroit. Success followed quickly and Ulrich earned his Broker designation…just as the real estate market began to falter.

His answer? As you might expect: Adapt and improvise.

Ulrich created an opportunity with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and put the private sector aside.

He began his HUD career as a Realty Specialist and progressed through the ranks quickly to become Contracting Officer, Chief of the Single Family Housing Division, and finally, Chief Property Officer.

Federal regulations prohibited his participation in the private real estate sector in most every capacity due to conflict of interest. One notable exception was teaching.

Adapt and improvise.

Ulrich took advantage of the opportunity to train and teach, passing along the education he had received through hard knocks and experience. And that is how his teaching career took root.

After a successful career with HUD, Ulrich opened his own real estate school and real estate brokerage headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ulrich hosted his own radio program, "The Cash Flow Dynamo™" on WOKV. This was a live call-in real estate show that provided answers to buying, selling and investment questions on Florida's First Coast.

Ulrich is the Permit Holder of Maximum Success, Incorporated, the widely acclaimed Real Estate School in Jacksonville, Florida.

He is actively involved teaching pre-licensing, post-licensing, and professional development courses and workshops.

Ulrich's Credentials

  • Florida licensed real estate instructor
  • Florida licensed real estate broker
  • Adjunct Professor Florida State College at Jacksonville
  • Faculty member of the Realtors® Institute of the Florida Association of Realtors®
  • Permit holder, for Maximum Success, Incorporated, The Real Estate School
  • Ulrich is an active Realtor® with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors®. He is the past chairperson of the Affordable Housing Opportunity Task Force, the past chairperson of the Grievance Committee, serves on the Forms Taskforce, Education Committee, and serves on the Professional Standards Panel.

Think about it: who better to teach survival and success than one who has survived and succeeded?
